Using description for explaining auto-connected plug usage is undesirable for anyone utilizing metadata adopt-info

Please create a new optional data entry point for plug usage when publishers request auto-connect on plugs. Currently when we request auto-connect on something, we are asked to write into the snaps 'description' the plugs usage. However, when the publisher utilizes the adopt-info and parse-info to use appstream metadata this doesn't work. Even if we manually go and edit it, it will be overwritten on the next update. And to expect us to disable the metadata automatic updates is unrealistic for publishers that have hundreds of snaps. We can't upstream this information into upstream as appstream metadata is used by more than just snaps and it wouldn't make sense.
