Custom/Industrial (brand) store categories

Bug Description
The current categories do not reflect use cases of the industrial sector. They are too focused on generic PCs and normal office use cases (Games, Entertainment, Photo and Video ...). For industrial devices that are mainly used for automation of machines or buildings we need more domain-focused categories.
Best approach for us would be to allow custom brand store categories. If this is not possible, some public categories that reflect the industrial sector would also help.
