The core18 snap fails to upload to the store from the LP builder

Bug Description
We are building the core18 snap with some automation since a long time. Sadly, the latest core18 builds for amd64, ppc64el and s390x are constantly failing to upload to the store. I have re-authorized the LP snap and retried multiple times. Every time I press the 'Retry' button, the LP builder seems to be in the 'Store upload in progress' state for like around 5 minutes and then it switches to 'Store upload failed: ' with no additional logs or error message.

With this, our constant delivery of new core18 snap upgrades is stalled.
