Reserved name loop

Hello there,

I was registering a snap name (via the terminal) when I received:

```
Registering fac.
The name 'fac' is reserved.

If you are the publisher most users expect for 'fac' then please claim the name at 'https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/register-snap/?name=fac'

Otherwise, please register another name.

```

So I followed the link to https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/register-snap/?name=fac and proceeded to file a claim.

I am not sure if this is a bug, but when I submitted the claim, I received an error telling me that the name was reserved, Basically the same error that sent me to that page in the first place. It seems a little circular and misleading.

But if you keep hitting "send", it goes through.

Hi,

The current behavior is as designed, and it might be a bit clunky because the link doesn't convey the fact that snapcraft already told you it was reserved (so you're starting from scratch pretty much). It will be improved down the line as we revamp some of the APIs / user interface.
