Bug Description

dashboard.snapcraft.io suggests a new package name that prepends the username instead of putting the username at the end.

How to replicate:

1. Visit https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/ and click to register a new app name. Select an app name that already has a Debian package, therefore it would be a reserved package name (unless you go through a manual acceptance procedure)

2. You get an error that the package name is reserved, and the message suggests to add your username on the package name. However, instead of appending the username as it is commonly done, it prepends the username.

For example, for a reserved package name "guvcview", it suggests "myusername-guvcview" instead of suggesting "guvcview-myusername".

ORIGINAL REPORT:

This URL: https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/register-snap/?series=16&name=guvcview

Refer the attached screenshot, the site should've recommended `guvcview-lin-buo-ren` instead of `lin-buo-ren-guvcview`
