Bug Description
We want to release a snap using the source of pull requests, so hard pull requests are easier to test.
We want this to release the snap to branches named pr###, on the edge risk. With the script in [1] we can get an attenuated macaroon to release to edge only, but not to the pr### branch. We want to give this macaroon to our bot and to travis, so we don't want it to be able to release to stable, and ideally not even to edge on the default branch.
