Bug Description

This does not seem to be causing any issues as far as we have been able to tell, but it is concerning to see the entry in the log on several occasions.

An example excerpt:

```
...
systemd[1]: Started Authorization Manager.
systemd[1]: Reloading.
snapd[16851]: udevmon.go:184: udev monitor observed remove event for unknown device "/sys/kernel/slab/sock_inode_cache/cgroup/sock_inode_cache
...
```

Generally looking for information why this would be occurring so frequently.
Seems to occur when a service either Crashes/Restarts.

There doesn't seem to be a pattern as far as services go though.

This was just a debug message and not a sign of any problem. It was changed to Debug so will not longer be visible (unless Debug is enabled).
