Bug Description

I'd like to package tvheadend (https://tvheadend.org/) as a snap. It requires access to /dev/dvb/* device files.

Should be straight forward to design a DVB interface.

The dvb interface has been implemented and deployed a while ago. Marking this bug as fix released.
