Transition away from ubuntu-core-launcher not smooth

Bug Description

I eventually got to run `apt autoremove --purge` which removed the ubuntu-core-launcher as it was replaced with snap-confine. The problem is, for this to be a smooth transition the entry points in `/snap/bin` also need to migrate for this to work. Right now I have a bunch of entries that still have wrapper scripts that end like:

```
exec /usr/bin/ubuntu-core-launcher snap.emoj.emoj snap.emoj.emoj /snap/emoj/1/command-emoj.wrapper "$@"
```
