first snap try doesn't install core snap

Bug Description
New system, no snap command ran.
$ snap try prime/
-> install is successful
$ snap-command
Nov 22 08:06:47 ubuntu.localdomain snap[10311]: cannot locate the core snap. errmsg: No such file or directory
-> Failure due to no core snap install
snap try implementation shouldn't differ from snap install one and should check for requirements, like installing core snap.
