No easy way to see if an auto-refresh made changes

Bug Description
I see this in snap changes:
ID Status Spawn Ready Summary
306 Done 2016-11-
307 Done 2016-11-
It would be more useful to know if actual changes were made. Perhaps we could have one summary for a refresh with no changes, and a different one for actual changes? For example:
ID Status Spawn Ready Summary
306 Done 2016-11-
307 Done 2016-11-
308 Done 2016-11-
So it's easy to see what was changed when looking at the changes list.

This is partially fixed with https:/ /github. com/snapcore/ snapd/commit/ bd645af64d2c559 389f33ee6c74980 e0afbfd280, i.e. it will now show what changes were made.
