[snapd] Failures in the spread test suite

Hi, thanks for the report! About the errors:

* tests/main/interfaces-fuse_support and tests/main/server-snap:goServer fail because the arm64 of the test snaps are not yet in place, I'll try to prepare them shortly.

* tests/main/ubuntu-core-device-reg will be fixed when [1] lands

* Now debugging tests/main/ubuntu-core-reboot, it seems that we are not waiting long enough for the snap service to be up after reboot, I'll try to confirm.

Yes, confirmed that for tests/main/ubuntu-core-reboot we need to wait a little bit more [1], I'll propose a branch for fixing it.

I've proposed [1] with an increased timeout for the service to be up, test passes with that change. I've also uploaded the arm64 versions of the test snaps for tests/main/interfaces-fuse_support and tests/main/server-snap:goServer, they are passing locally too.

When the [1] and [2] land the suite should pass, I'll comment here when that happens.

The branches have landed, Víctor could you please run the suite again after updating your snapd source tree and using the latest rc2 image?
