Bug Description

Issue summary:
After installing beta image (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-snappy/16.04/current/), I was able to boot to first boot configuration and finish Network connections, Email setup, and reached "Configuration Complete" screen. Before pressing [ Finish ], I wanted to go back to previous screen and my instinct led me to press ESC key since there is no option on the screen for me to go back. I entered the same email again, and press [ Done ], system prompt told me the user already exists in the system, and I am not allowed to continue and finish the configuration.

Step to reproduce:
1. Install UC16 beta image on the target device
2. Boot to first boot configuration
3. Complete network, email, and reach "Configuration Complete" step
4. Don't press [ Finish ], but press ESC key to return to email setup step
5. Enter email address and press [ Done ]
6. Problem occurs

Ah yes, we should prevent that way of getting out of the finish screen.
