Bug Description

Jul 19 14:28:48 localhost sh[873]: bound to 192.168.4.112 -- renewal in 12546982 seconds.
Jul 19 14:28:49 localhost sh[873]: run-parts: /etc/network/if-up.d/ubuntu-fan exited with return code 1
Jul 19 14:28:49 localhost sh[873]: Failed to bring up wlan0.
Jul 19 14:28:49 localhost systemd[1]: <email address hidden>: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Jul 19 14:28:49 localhost wpa_supplicant[922]: nl80211: deinit ifname=p2p-dev-wlan0 disabled_11b_rates=0

i can fix it by mounting tempfs over /etc/network/if-up.d/

it would be nice if there were an easier way to stop ubuntu-fan from running

I have no idea why ubuntu-fan fails, it just exits with -1 and no output...
