Bug Description

In meta/gui/*.desktop one can write a desktop file but needs to include the full executable as seen on the system instead of composing this from `apps` which would lead to a known construct.

This will also make the desktop file more resilient to renames.

To be clear, this is about the line in Exec having to be <snap>.<app>, instead of just <app>.
