No way to rollback a snap since the move to snap command

Bug Description
Being able to show people that it was easy to rollback to an earlier version of a snap installed on the system was a nice waow effect when demonstrating snappy.
Since the move from snappy to snap command, this isn't possible anymore. It would be great to have it for FTF NXP (starting the 16th of May)
