Bug Description

Hi,

I wanted to install snappy-debug on xenial. Then I had the following error:

snappy-debug/edge failed to install: can not open /tmp/snappy-debug865912075: open /tmp/read-file250048750/unpack/meta/snap.yaml: no such file or directory

the command that I ran sudo snappy install snappy-debug

I think the snappy-debug snap is being updated for the new all-snaps
architecture - I am also waiting for it so I will chase this week.

The snappy-debug tool needs to be updated from the old-security world into the new interfaces world.

Here is what needs to be done:

<jdstrand> mvo: it has to be rewritten. best to remove it at the moment
<jdstrand> the tool itself is broken
interfaces moved all policy into go and so there is nothing to grep

To add a little more context: interfaces completely changed how security policy is done and snappy-debug was written to work with the old way. As such, changes need to be made to snapd so snappy-debug can obtain policy on the device and snappy-debug needs to handle complain-mode AppArmor denials and interfaces in general. Once that is done, it should move from old-security/security-template to simply using 'plugs/log-observe'.

snappy-debug 0.15 is in the store for the 16 series and understands complain mode (for apparmor), interfaces and per-app filtering. There is quite a bit that still needs to be done, but at least now it operates at least as well as its 15.04 counterpart.
