Bug Description

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/Specifications/SnappyConfinement makes it look like only one of apparmor.override / seccomp.override is required.

Check lp:~dholbach/+junk/boggle.snap as an example.

daniel@daydream:~/boggle.snap$ snapcraft
Issues while validating snapcraft.yaml: 'apparmor' is a required property

That doesn't seem to be the case in the implementation, when installing a snap one without the other fails.

If this is the case, this is algo a snappy bug

In 15.04, both are required and the documentation isn't clear. I'll fix that. Note, 16.04 changes security-override-- see docs/security.md in trunk.
