please add gdb, strace, ltrace, etc to snappy-debug

Bug Description
snappy-debug 0.2 only contains the security tool since the multiarch packaging for the other tools was not ready yet. This bug tracks that work. In the 0.1 packaging these tools were included:
- gdb
- strace
- ltrace
and the packaging also reference valgrind, but no binaries were provided for it. See r3 of lp:~snappy-dev/snappy-hub/snappy-debug when pulling the amd64 binaries back.
