uboot should use CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_KEYED to bind to a certain key instead of accepting any key for intercepting autoboot

Bug Description

currently stopping the uboot boot on the serial console works with any random key ... uboot supports to set CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_KEYED to actually bind this to a certain key, which makes it more unlikely that random devices attached via serial can stop the boot. we should enable this option in our snappy uboot builds.
