apt leftovers in Snappy (cron)

Bug Description

This not a major issue, but it appears as there is an apt cronjob still present on Snappy.

$ ls -lah /etc/cron.daily/apt
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 16K Apr 7 14:54 /etc/cron.daily/apt

Since apt isn't being used in Snappy, it probably makes sense to remove this.

System info:

That file is no longer present in the latest all-snaps rolling images:

ubuntu@localhost:~$ ls /etc/cron.daily/apt
ls: cannot access '/etc/cron.daily/apt': No such file or directory

Changed in snappy:
