When installing some snap via snappy-remote the page of installed apps on WebDM is blank

When snappy-remote is used to install an app then WebDM no longer displays the list of installed snaps. Instead an empty page is shown.

I have seen this with snaps that declare multiple ports in the package.yaml ... uninstalling that package makes webdm work again for me.

This should be fixed now that webdm is using the new snappy api
