Dependency problem installing snappy tools in 14.04

Bug Description

Snappy tools cannot be installed using ppa:snappy-dev/beta because ubuntu-device-flash package needs the dependency package "click-ubuntu-policy" which is not found in Trusty (See attached image). Using ppa:snappy-dev/tools instead fixes the issue.

This bug appears to have been reported the day before click-ubuntu-policy was published to the beta ppa for trusty. Marking as resolved.
