Bug Description
The respective C function returnes an uninitialized name, when no name can be retrieved.
A simple
memset(name, 0, len);
before sending the HCI command would initialize the string.
I observed this in executing "hcitool scan --class -info".
hcitool shows a version of 5.48.
The result of this error is that hcitool may show randowm characters as the device name.
