Bug Description

We have written a I2S driver which is based on interrupt based and testing the same on ubuntu 18.04 LTS which have pulseaudio which works on Timer based.

When I play the song on the specific device with aplay command, I end up with device or resource busy.
When I stop pulse audio by ALT + F2 and enter pactl exit then ALT + F2 enter pulseauido,

The issue gets resolved.

This I need to repeat several time.
If I dont do this step Iam facing above issue and some time I may even get IO_MMU Pagefaults.

I found some document in troubleshoot article of pulseaudio that I need to disable timer based and provide correct frame segmnts and frame size. This reduced the occurance of the issue.
Please help me to rectify the same.
