please support qemu-img dd in snappy-
I would love to be able to deploy cloud-images directly on baremetal hardware.
Specifically if the compress_file receives a qcow2 compressed image, just do nothing with it.
And later when flashing the image, instead of doing `netcat | dd`, do `netcat | qemu-img dd -O raw`
if qemu-img is available to the snappy device agent.
Otherwise, we could add support for "recompressing" qcow2 image into raw.xz.
Either of these things will allow deploying cloud-images onto the SiFive boards.
