The reported error reporting takes no issues

I'm glad I didn't just file the bug I wanted, as I know where it would have been.
Tried to follow the official way and spotted this.

If unsure the `contact` info should help where to get in touch to report issues.

$ snap info snapd | grep contact
contact: https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/issues

But that link redirects to https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/pulls as the project has no issues set up.

I'd ask to fix the contact metadata to point to https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapd/+filebug
Or better a place that separates bugs (https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapd/+filebug) from discussion and support (somewhere in discourse).
