Bug Description
On Intel NUC7CJYHN with UC20 installed, when triggering a factory-reset (sudo snap reboot --factory-reset), the system fails to reboot:
Starting the-tool.service
the-tool[224]: error: cannot use unknown mode "factory-reset"
[FAILED] Failed to start the-tool.service
