Bug Description
I have made Ubuntu 22.04 Live USB persistent using daily build iso using mkusb on Ubuntu 20.04. On first boot the firefox can be used but on reboot after saving settings firefox fails to start. The firefox command in terminal gives:
$ firefox
snap-confine has elevated permissions and it is not confined but should be. Refusing to continue to avoid permission escalation attacks
This is happening because Live mode breaks AppArmor.
The workaround is as follows:
In Live Persistent mode:
$ sudo mkdir /lib/systemd/
to create a directory apparmor.service.d in /lib/systemd/
sudo gedit /lib/systemd/
to create config file in the new directory
Paste
[Unit]
ConditionPathEx
Save and reboot.
and Firefox works!
