Bug Description

When using containers via LXC after installing snapd and any snap (test-snapd-sh in this case) commands sent to the snap fail with the error

$ lxc --verbose exec impish-test-2 -- test-snapd-sh.sh -c 'echo from-lxd'
cannot perform operation: mount --rbind /dev /tmp/snap.rootfs_F7MP1v//dev: No such file or directory

After restarting the host system, keeping the 21.10 system intact, the snap is up and running with no issues.

$ lxc --verbose exec impish-test-2 -- test-snapd-sh.sh -c 'echo from-lxd'
from-lxd

Closing this one as ubuntu 21.10 is not supported anymore by snapd. Please feel free to reopen it in case it is reproduced in a supported version.
