Bug Description
Currently refresh.hold key takes a datetime.
There are cases where taking a postponment duration may make sense. One such case may be postponing first boot refresh from a hardcoded "defaults" config in gadget.

I have a vague recollection discussing this during one of the sprints and the agreement was at the time to have something like `snap refresh --hold=3h`.
