Bug Description
Hello,
This is a feature request to allow some scripts/commands to be executed before and after an install/refresh of any or a given subset of snap.
The use case is allowing administrators to customize/automate some things related to the configuration outside of the snap.
If one wants to use the telegraf snap, he/she should be able to run some VCS command on /var/snap/
Having some environment variable containing basic information during those hooks execution, like the channel, revision, version and mode, for both the current and target would allow this kind of thing.
Regards,
