Bug Description
I am on Ubuntu 20.04.1 Mate on a Pi 4 (beta 2) on arm64 and get the following when running "sudo snap refresh" or "sudo snap install <package name>":
$ sudo snap install htop
error: cannot communicate with server: Post http://
This was worked around simply by reinstalling snapd via synaptic. I have relevant pastes:
Output of "journalctl --no-pager -u snapd":
https:/
Output of "snap changes":
https:/
Ok. Well, here's more information as requested. Output of "journalctl --no-pager -u snapd.socket":
https:/

If additional info is needed, please comment. The debian package has the issue. Uncertain if it impacts the snapd snap as well, as it has a higher version number.
