snap not work on lxc container

lxc container on xubuntu 18.04 LTS and x2goserver

configure using template ubuntu 18.04 minimal

packages installed on ssh using root

apt-get install xubuntu-desktop xfce4 x2goserver ubuntu-software snap

add local admin user

adduser andy
addsuer andy sudo
adduser andy adm

login using x2go client on windows working

exemple try install vlc using ubuntu-software not work

on command line

snap install vlc

error: system does not fully support snapd: cannot mount squashfs image using
       "squashfs": mount: /tmp/sanity-mountpoint-566963331 : failed mount :
        Operation not allowed.

lxc master system executed on Debian 9 and proxmox Virtual Environment 5.4-13

please resolve this emergency issue

because now your ubuntu-software only uses snap and no apt

which means that we can't install anything
