strace-static snap is out of date

I think out static strace snap needs refreshing:

Looking at the meta-data it seems to have been published in 2018 and untouched since.

I think it should be automatically built from latest development release and published to, at least, edge. In addition it probably ought to be released each cycle.

This seems to be the same problem reported in bug #1852761. Could you check if the proposed solution (static strace refresh) actually solves this issue?

I built a new version against strace v5.12[1][2], but still observed this issue.

$ snap list strace-static

For what it is worth, there is a newer strace version in the edge channel (as of March this year).
