There are no apparmor denials in dmesg.

Looking at dpkg terminal log:

It seems that snapd.prerm script doesn't cope with services being not loaded and barfs.

I suspect you've been able to resolve this, sorry we never got back to you about it.

I'm closing it as "Won't fix", because we didn't do anything about this, but if you're still stuck there's probably a cause for this that isn't necessarily snapd itself and we can probably figure it out.
