Bug Description

As outlined in https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/gnome-3-shell-snaps-integration/2678, snapd is not working from start with zsh as default shell.

When using zsh as default shell, the snap applications like slack are not integrated in gnome shell, for example. This results in the following problems:

- applications are not found by the overview search
- applications must be started via snap run slack manually via execute command
- applications cannot be added to the favorites
- icons of the applications are not found
- context menu of the application icon is not correct

When copying the file /etc/profile.d/apps-bin-path.sh to $HOME/.zprofile the above mentioned problems are gone after a session restart.

Hence, the problem is caused by a not correct set value of XDG_DATA_DIRS.

Please make snapd zsh aware.
