Bug Description

Ubuntu 17.10

STR:
1. Run a Snap that creates windows.
2. Add its .desktop icon to Favorites, if it is not already.
3. Refresh the Snap to a different channel while its windows are still open.

When the Snap refreshes, the .desktop icon is removed from Favorites momentarily and when it is re-added it has lost association with existing windows, making it harder to switch focus to them.

I tested Firefox, VLC and GIMP, all with the same result.

The Favorites icon is treated independently for each revision. GNOME Favorites are stored in ~/.config/dconf/user which is in each revision folder.
