Refreshing to a newly created channel but immediately stopped tracking

With a snap already installed (in this case gitlptools), I wanted to test a change, so I pushed it to a branch:

I believe this bug is related to an area that is being fixed now (related to switching the risk level). I'll ask my colleagues who work on this to update this bug.

Hmm.. I'll take a look. It might be the status reporting getting confused by the changes.
