Bug Description

Currently there is no good way to replace a deb-base package with its snappy version. To make things more complicated, not all package names on apt match extract the ones on snap.

It would be awesome if the snap commands offers a "snappify" command that indentifies all the installed packages on the system and prompts you to install their snappy versions handling the install/uninstall/config import etc.
