Bug Description

In /snap/*/current/command-*.wrapper, PATH is "$SNAP/usr/sbin:$SNAP/usr/bin:$SNAP/sbin:$SNAP/bin:$PATH".

This should include $SNAP/usr/local/bin. Autotools defaults to it for prefix, so it's easy to trip over this one just as the ffmpeg part did:

Since the command-* wrappers are originating from snapcraft I'm moving the bug there. I'm also marking it as CONFIRMED since the wrappers don't have the desired PATH entry.
