Bug Description

trying to mount an ntfs-3g drive on an Ubuntu Core image results in

mount: unknown filesystem type 'ntfs-3g'

We should include it in the core snap by default for people wanting to use NTFS disks via the removable-media interface.

https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/mount-writable-ntfs-disk-in-ubuntu-core/1011 relates to this...

all dependencies are already included.
