Hooks for hibernate/suspend

We need to add a hook to reload driver when resume from hibernate.
The /lib/systemd/system-sleep/ is read-only which not allow to add hook script.

Please export /lib/systemd/system-sleep/ as writable or provide solution to add hook for hibernate/suspend.
