Bug Description

I see this in snap changes:

ID Status Spawn Ready Summary
306 Done 2016-11-11T22:38:35Z 2016-11-11T22:38:35Z Refresh all snaps in the system
307 Done 2016-11-11T23:51:33Z 2016-11-11T23:51:33Z Refresh all snaps in the system

It would be more useful to know if actual changes were made. Perhaps we could have one summary for a refresh with no changes, and a different one for actual changes? For example:

ID Status Spawn Ready Summary
306 Done 2016-11-11T22:38:35Z 2016-11-11T22:38:35Z Checked for fresh snaps
307 Done 2016-11-11T23:51:33Z 2016-11-11T23:51:33Z Refreshed foo, bar, test, 0ad
308 Done 2016-11-12T02:34:21Z 2016-11-11T22:38:35Z Checked for fresh snaps

So it's easy to see what was changed when looking at the changes list.

This is partially fixed with https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/commit/bd645af64d2c559389f33ee6c74980e0afbfd280, i.e. it will now show what changes were made.
