unable to specify target directory for boot-assets in gadget snap

Bug Description

Today the boot-assets in gadget snap are only put in the root dir of the vfat boot partition.
It would be useful to be able to specify a target directory to create for instance dir_a/file_b instead of just being able to create /file_b.

we have a similar issue with the overlay dtb files on the reaspberry pi (they need to live in an "overlays" subdir in the vfat), so such a feature would definitely be helpful.
