`snapcraft try` with `base: core22` gets very confused

Bug Description

With `base: core22`:

$ snapcraft try
Launching a VM.
Launched: snapcraft-dashkiosk
Sorry, an error occurred in Snapcraft:
'core22'
We would appreciate it if you anonymously reported this issue.
No other data than the traceback and the version of snapcraft in use will be sent.
