Ubuntu Advantage file breaks snapcraft build

Hi,

It would appear ubuntu advantage file at in auth.conf.d is created with 400 permissions.

This breaks snapcraft build with a permission error:

Sorry, an error occurred in Snapcraft:
[('/etc/apt/auth.conf.d/90ubuntu-advantage', '/home/pjds/.cache/snapcraft/stage-packages/etc/apt/auth.conf.d/90ubuntu-advantage', "[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/etc/apt/auth.conf.d/90ubuntu-advantage'")]
We would appreciate it if you anonymously reported this issue.
No other data than the traceback and the version of snapcraft in use will be sent.

Workaround:

Add read permissions to the file
