Flutter extension: fonts missing on Core

Bug Description

When running apps built with one of the flutter- extensions on Core, they're missing fonts and render squares (or not at all).

While it's customary for Flutter apps to BYOF, the decorations are drawn by Gtk, and with a font selected by the user/theme.

It works fine on classic because the desktop/desktop-legacy interfaces give access to the system fonts.

One approach is to stage enough fonts in the snap so that it renders fine:

https://github.com/Saviq/flutter-gallery-snap/commit/23a4f72e93a63dcbb7296d40b4042e20eb5b8b6f

The layouts may actually be unnecessary.

Another thing we've discussed was the upcoming user/desktop session snap that will slot those interfaces on Core.

BYOF I suppose means Bring Your Own Font?

So core has no fonts and the extension is doing more than needed for core, is that the problem? Would this be better discussed on discourse?
