Firefox snap version 372 fails to launch

Bug Description
Snap version of firefox was working fine until until I checked the "Pre-released updates (bionic-proposed) and performed a system update. I am now running Ubuntu 18.04.4 with Unity desktop and kernel 5.4.0-37.41
Starting firefox from terminal results in the following error message:

Update: The firefox snap started working today. The only change to the system that I noted was the snap "gnome-3-34-1804" was updated to version 46
This bug should be closed now.
