Bug Description
Inside a multipass VM, "snapcraft --destructive-mode clean" fails:
$ snapcraft --destructive-mode clean
Usage: snapcraft clean [OPTIONS] <part>...
Error: --destructive-mode cannot be used with build provider 'multipass'

snapcraft clean --destructive-mode should work
Param ordering has its bug
